True worth – Roelof & Stephanie

Roelof & Stephanie had a lovely wedding day under the beautiful gigantic trees of Kleinkaap…so peaceful.  Two things were very important to them, to be united as man and wife in God’s presence and to share the joy of this occasion with all the people that are dear and precious to them.  It reminds me of the two greatest commandments, as in the words of Jesus in Luke 10:27:

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”

To invest in this world is of short existence. The Psalmist says it so beautiful in Psalm 38:6-7

“Man is a mere phantom as he goes to and fro: He bustles about, but only in vain; he heaps up wealth, not knowing who will get it.  “But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you.”
