Breathtaking moments with a very special couple – Vermaak & Salomé

Salomé’s dad was my Minister when I was in high school sunday school, and even after school I was still involved in outreaches and church projects with him…so I know Salomé since she was a little girl and saw the little girl tun into a beautiful solid young lady.  Since I got married, I didn’t see her really, until we met each other again at Marius & Veruska’s wedding and I had the honour to meet the love of her life, Vermaak.

When they booked me for their wedding at Cathedral Peak, I knew this was going to be an unforgettable weekend…and truly it was!  Apart from all the stress around her wedding dress, which sought for another side of unforgettableness, the day was so unique in every sense…the setting, the flight up into the breathtaking Drakensberg Mountain, the photo shoot with Vermaak & Salomé, and the divine food at the reception!  I think that is exactly how they wanted it to be.  All their really special and close family and friends, spending a weekend with them in a way that it will always be treasured.

Vermaak & Salomé, thank you for the huge privilege to could’ve been part of your day and share in the uniqueness of it all!  The time we spent with you was very special to us.  May the memories bless you.  Our prayer is that you will glorify God in your marriage and that your lives would more and more be a testimony of your first love, Jesus Christ!  Lots of love from us!
