Nohan & Janica – The light of the world

We had such a wonderful unforgettable weekend with the Bothma and Ehlers families on Anton & Magda Bothma’s beautiful farm in Vivo.  Both Nohan and Janica grew up on a farm and love the unspoiled.  They make an awesome team and through the weekend it was very clear that their love for each other is founded on God’s Word and that they see each other as a gracious gift from God.  When love is treasured as a gift and not a given, so many other beautiful virtues testify to it, like respect, patience and a caring and sacrificing friendship.  Nohan & Janica views their love for their parents in the same way, as a gift that needs to be treasured.  And all of this made the weekend a beautiful loving experience…to see how parents and family work so hard to give their all for a wedding so precious.

Janica, you probably planned to be the favourite teacher in Vivo for many years, but God in His sovereign plan for your life, brought a quiet and very truthful person as pilot  (and old school friend) to your valley, to change your life forever for something far more than you could have imagined!  May you grow in faith and diligently study God’s Word and keep it as the only authority over your lives; then His love, His promises and His truth will always lead you on the narrow road where you can shine your light in truth for Him and finally share in His glory forever!
