Jacus & Belinda with Mila newly born

I met Jacus and Belinda in 2011. We had such fun with their engagement shoot and then I also had the privilege of telling the beautiful story of their wedding day. Doesn’t feel so long ago! And now, 5 years later they are growing in family size and entering a new phase of their relationship, with little Mila in their home and hearts.

Jacus and Belinda, thank you that I could share in your joy and get to meet sweet little Mila. Putting up the images now, I realize how much she has changed already since we did this shoot…they change faster than we can choose and edit their photos! So my prayer for you is that you will REMIND yourself that parenting is a gift, not a burden…especially when you go through various trials as parents. May you never seize to pray for God’s wisdom, a rare jewel that is pursued these days. May you find all the answers in His all-sufficient Word, and may she understand the purpose of life – to live for and glorify her Maker.
