Flying over the Cape made me a little nostalgic because it is  where I grew up, my home town Paarl and the stunning scenery that gives me a peace I can’t explain.  The Venue was in Tokai between Cape Town & Muizenburg called The Range. My wife joined me as we prepared for a morning wedding with Andrew and Nikki.  Andrew was my brother’s house mate a couple of years ago before I came to stay in Pretoria.  Andrew, a kind person with the biggest heart, jam packed with humility asked me to be their photographer and can I only say that I was honoured.  The rain was starting to fall slightly and clouds were gathering as the morning began.  During the day as the rain fell softly on our skins I thought of  how amazing the blessing of God is for us, when we decide to make a covenant to one another. With the sun trying to peak its head through at every opportunity, we managed to take beautiful shots of the bridal couple, in love amidst the Tokai forest.

Andrew and Nikki, Lisa and I would like to thank you for inviting us to  share the morning with you and for blessing us with your kindness.  Meeting your families showed us the amazing relationship you have between the both of you and the grace of God in your lives.  May you be dressed in God’s love on your journey together.
