Pieter & Rika – SameDayEdit – a beautiful promise!

This was really one of the most outstanding weddings we attended during the course of 2009. Not only because of Pieter & Rika being the first couple to take both a pre-wedding edit and a same-day-edit with us, but of what happened just after they stepped out of the chapel…

Lucinda and I arrived Friday evening at Bona-Bona (owned and managed by Pieter’s father) about 40kms west of Klerksdorp. We were treated to a not so common, snoekbraai, in the bush veld! We had a magnificent view on the waterhole and the rhino who is a regular late afternoons and early evenings. As we left for our room, the roar of one of the lions nearby made us very aware that this Game Farm had more than just the usual antelope to offer.

The next day was full of surprises in terms of weather, BUT undoubtedly Pieter & Rika’s love blossoms through rain and sunshine! Pieter & Rika, your love was crowned by a beautiful sight…a double rainbow in a dramatic sky. We know that your love for each other will always grow deeper and we believe that this highlight DVD will always remind you of the blessing of God’s presence in your day and your life!
