Garick is a possitive, retro, funny, adventurous, out of the box creative dude… Married to Lisa (His most lovely one) who is a drama fundi in the arts and his best friend. Garick loves the Lord Jesus with all his heart and cant wait for his tomorrows.
“I received my first camera on my twenty first birthday knowing little that my passion was calling me to the art of capturing emotions through eyes of God. Falling in love with each picture I took slowly opened my eyes to what God saw in everyone. I knew what I had to do. Equipped with nothing but faith,determination and love for what I see around me, I began my journey in wedding photography in 2005 with Lucinda and Petrus where growth became a reality of washing each others hands not only in business but going out and living God’s word as capturing artists.
For me its all about people and the joy between them that God created for us all to enjoy frozen in a camera where He shows me at the right time to press down my finger on that shutter. The rest falls into place as I constantly search for the Kingdom of God which I believe lies in people. Creative, fresh, spontaneous, journalistic, integrity and simple are a few of my favorite words that I can show in my images as a photographer who loves what I do best.”
